Court closures: Effective March 20, 2020 Federal Courts and State Courts in Pennsylvania, Ohio and West Virginia are working in a very limited capacity. No live court hearings are expected until at least mid-April of later. Telephone hearings and Video Hearings are taking place in lieu of live hearings in limited cases.
