Attorney Zachary Moore joined the firm in 2025 to expand the criminal defense practice at Mansmann & Moore, LLP. As a former Assistant District Attorney in Washington County, Pennsylvania, he brings a wealth of criminal litigation expertise to Mansmann & Moore, LLP. Attorney Moore has handled hundreds of criminal prosecutions that included DUI/DWI, narcotics, drug possession and delivery, sexual assault, aggravated and simple assault, child abuse and homicide by vehicle. He will also prosecute personal injury, premise liability, ERISA long-term disability denials and SSDI and SSI litigation at the firm.
Zachary is married to Lia Gagianas Moore.

It is something I strive for with every case, and the harder it gets, the more rewarding it feels.
