FRANK MOORE: As a former assistant district attorney, I learned many, many years ago how to handle a DUI case. And I learned it as a prosecutor. There's issues of probable cause to an arrest, why they pulled my car over, whether the test was done correctly, whether the field sobriety tests were warranted based on the conditions of the road side, whether or not the officer has the specific training to administer the tests, whether the officer that administered the actual intoxalyzer, breath test, or blood test has the training and the expertise to do that.
