Upon graduation from law school in 1990, Attorney Moore served as a Law Clerk to the Honorable Judge Edward G. Biester, Jr. Following his judicial clerkship, Attorney Moore became a prosecuting trial attorney.

Attorney Moore spent the next five years as an Assistant District Attorney in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, serving in the Bucks County District Attorney's Office in suburban Philadelphia, and Allegheny County (Pittsburgh) District Attorney's Office. As a prosecutor, Attorney Moore handled thousands of criminal cases and tried 64 jury trials while employed as a prosecuting attorney.

Attorney Moore joined Peter Mansmann in 1995 as a trial attorney.

At Mansmann & Moore, Attorney Moore handles all complex litigation matters in the state and federal courts of Ohio and Pennsylvania. Practice areas include civil litigation in the state and federal courts, product liability matters, FELA and Jones Act cases, ERISA (long term disability cases), and veteran's disability cases.

Attorney Moore is married to Monica Katsaros Moore and has three sons: Zachary, Jonah and Constantine.
